Complete Baseball Performance Combine

Know Exactly Where You Are.
Know What Comes Next.

The Bullpen Combine is a full baseball movement screening and performance evaluation designed to show athletes exactly where they are, what may be limiting them, and what they need to improve to reach the next level.

Modeled after the Major League Baseball Combine and expanded with advanced technology, movement screening, strength testing, and baseball-specific evaluation, our combine examines the complete athlete. We do not simply measure throwing velocity, exit velocity, sprint speed, or jumping ability. We evaluate the physical qualities behind those results.

What We Assess

The Whole Athlete, Not Just the Radar Gun

Ten areas, one connected picture of how an athlete moves, produces force, and holds up.

Full-Body Mobility

Evaluates how effectively the body moves and identifies restrictions or imbalances that may affect performance.

Baseball Movement & Biomechanics

Examines how efficiently the athlete's body moves, sequences, and produces force during baseball actions.

Proteus Motion

Measures baseball-specific strength, power, acceleration, and rotational performance.

Arm Strength & Health

Evaluates whether the arm has the strength, balance, and capacity required to support throwing performance.

Speed & Athleticism

Measures overall speed, acceleration, agility, and athletic ability.

Jumping & Explosiveness

Assesses lower-body power, explosiveness, and force-production ability.

Foundational Strength

Measures the strength, stability, and body control needed to throw harder, hit harder, run faster, and remain durable.

Throwing Performance

Evaluates throwing ability and the physical qualities connected to velocity, command, and long-term development.

Hitting Performance

Measures offensive performance and the physical qualities that contribute to harder, more consistent contact.

Recovery & Readiness

Helps establish individual baselines and track how an athlete responds to training, competition, fatigue, and recovery.

A Developmental Level for Every Metric

Every Number Gets a Level

Every measurement is compared to our developmental standards and assigned a level. A player may test at one level in mobility, another in strength, and another in throwing, hitting, speed, or power. Those differences are what point us to the specific areas preventing the athlete from advancing.

More Than a Traditional Combine

Numbers Are the Start. The Plan Is the Point.

Most combines tell players how fast they ran, how high they jumped, how hard they threw, or how hard they hit the ball. The Bullpen Combine goes further by evaluating the entire athlete and connecting those results to a development plan.

The combine lets us identify an athlete's strengths, expose the areas holding them back, and determine exactly what they need to work on to improve their:

  • Throwing velocity and command
  • Exit velocity and hitting performance
  • Speed and athleticism
  • Strength and rotational power
  • Movement efficiency
  • Arm health and durability
  • Recovery and readiness

The results are used to create an individualized training plan across mobility, strength and conditioning, throwing, hitting, speed, recovery, and baseball movement development.

Why you throw that hard, and what raises it
How hard you hit
Bat speed, contact quality, and the strength behind them
How fast you ran
Acceleration, agility, and the power that drives them
How high you jumped

Measurable Answers for Athletes, Parents, and Coaches

This is more than a collection of testing numbers. It is a complete baseball performance profile and a clear roadmap from where an athlete is today to where they want to go.

01Where is the athlete right now?
02What is holding them back?
03What do they need to improve?
04What level are they preparing for?
05Is their training producing measurable progress?
